The map was published in 1311 AH (1895 CE) as part of the Yeni Corafya Atlasi (New Geographical Atlas), edited by Ali eref Paa and Hafz Ali Eref. It was issued by the Matbaa i mire and printed by Hasan Ferid. The Yeni Corafya Atlasi was a
