Each option has been given a fine sanding and finished with food safe oil to keep the wood looking nice for many years

This knife has a flat ground edge for maximum strength and sharpness

The knives are 1/16" thick at the spine and have a full distal taper down to the point to allow for maximum flexibility and sharpness
