Coloured jute rope · 5mm double-ply (treated) raw rope or using an included microfibreA dyed double ply jute rope from our own Anatomie line, hand treated and ready to tie. Double ply ropes are more stable than single ply ropes, making them popular with beginners since they require less maintenance. At 5mm this rope is thinner than the 6mm thickness that's most common in shibari: this makes for smaller frictions and makes it easier to do small detailed work.
