The pendant measures 1 3 8" in length by 1 " and is marked on the rim: This was obviously worn a lot at one time and if you look at the back you can see the tag is worn down. I believe it said 1 20 12K Gold Filled. Features a swivel up bail, so it can also be worn as a pendant. As far as the age I am going to guess this is from the 1930's to 1950's .
