The palate impression is almost entirely textural: surpassingly soft and harmonious, it has supremely silky tannins, and acidity which is at once fresh and understated. Complete, satisfying and with surpassing elegance, this is as beautifully balanced as it is intriguing. Las Olvidadas, or
