The body of each stirrup is made of iron or steel and held in place by metal straps. The upper part is lined in leather or vellum, this has worn where the boot rubbed. There is some surface oxidation of the metal but they are otherwise in good condition . The soles of the stirrups are wooden probably elm. Dimensions : Each measures 12" (31cm) long x
