I was initially imagining suchReplace your existing handle when it wears out with a brand new soft, comfortable one. To remove old foam handle, cut with scissors or a knife, clean any residue from cane. Then, lightly wet the outside of the cane with water and the inside of the foam replacement handle. Then, slide into place. Once it is completely dry, the handle will be snug in place.
