Fermentation in neutral French oak puncheons and stainless steel lend to this wine's round, supple texture and olfactive charm. Aromas of ripe pear, yellow apple, lemon drop, white flowers, and marzipan unfold on the nose. Ripe orchard fruit and melon, accentuated by lemon zest and fresh herbs grace the palate along with mineral tones.
