Vintage Colonial Leather Whip or Cane - w1755 may25 The heel bands are muchThis is quite a heavy solid whip. Leather covering is similar to several pieces I have seen from North Africa. The club shaped top is wrapped in red brown leather, there is some scuffing to the end of the top. It has a braided leather collar, which may once have held a wrist strap.
