Each batch is blended from select barrels to highlight the balance between agave and oak. Produced with volcanic spring water from Navichi Springs, the agave is gently cooked in a low pressure autoclave for 24 hours, fermented in stainless steel vats with proprietary yeast, and double distilled in stainless
