此清酒是SAKETIME高知縣排名第一清酒銘柄「龜泉」的經典，被譽為「薰香酒之最」-「CEL-24」的另一版本。以當地產的新品種酒米「土佐麗」來釀造，口感淡麗清爽易入口，加上CEL-24釀造出的獨特吟釀果香，確實是令人一試難忘的酒款！入口有著淡淡的麝香，口感順滑、容易入口，中段米旨味柔和，後段帶有微微果酸，餘韻輕快，是就算對日本酒不擅長的人或初學者也會愛上的作品。適合冷飲配搭生蠔、海鮮、壽司或刺身一同享用。

在桶中陳釀，The San-In 混合了日本威士忌，帶有香草和水果的味道，餘味帶有梨味。

口感 (Palate)： 入口酒體厚實，帶有極佳的絲滑與油脂感。首先感受到蜂蜜與熱帶水果的甜美，隨即泰斯卡標誌性的海鹽鹹感、煙燻麥芽與溫暖的溫帶辛香料在口中爆發，結構宏大。

全年氣溫較高，有助於威士忌的陳釀。
