Either this is disruption in that it is a triple Stone Rain but has no net change in the difference to stats on the board, or it is the most all in play of all time where you make 18/18 stats over four bodies but put all your lands in the bin thus conceding to any mass removal, probably even a deathtouch and a 3/4
This applies even if that permanent phased out and phased back in the turn it came into play
On the surface, its an enchantment that turns every noncreature spell you cast into a flying shark token of equal size, a win condition all on its own
Then, it also enhances graveyard-based strategies
I'd buy packs, hoping to get the rarest "shinies," or holographic cards
But even this simple assessment belies some considerable complexities, which is what makes this experiment so interesting
