I would rate this card a 5 out of 5 because in my opinion you should have no problem setting up this card to get four energy cards on it and depending on the retreat costs of your other Pokemon you can do at least 110 damage every turn and knock out pretty much all Pokemon in one turn and all Pokemon in two turns and with 150 hp Machamp should be able to last quite awhile and if you do get in trouble three energy cards isn't too expensive of a retreat cost for a stage 2 Pokemon card
