Either that or people who acquire such signatures have no plans of selling themI wouldnt blame them if that is the case

If there's a cost associated with having a creature attack, the player isn't forced to pay that cost, so the creature doesn't have to attack in that case either

Based on that Id probably be happy to play this card, but if I ended up with it in the sideboard, Id bring it straight in if I saw something I could steal with chapter one
