Giving a single creature fear for a turn with Aphotic Wisps is fine, but the card always replaces itself, which means theres a really high floor already

Thats a lot of requirements for a card type that traditionally cannot do much on its own

It also makes any legendary creature you cast into a 7/7, including Lara Croft if you're casting her later in the game

There's also recursion, which Revival / Revenge does a pretty good job at, but some other options I can think of for that are Liliana, Heretical Healer Flip , Lurrus of the Dream-Den, Necropanther, Vesperlark or Nethroi, Apex of Death
