Decks that enjoy clone effects, ETB value, or that can repeatedly blink or copy it (e.g., with Deadeye Navigator or Spark Double) would gain the most benefit, and a casual playgroup that tracks its tally growth across games would enjoy the novelty
It just feels weird that these cards all suggest a theme exists, dont agree about what the theme means for deckbuilding, and then that has no support anywhere else
I call upon a handful of prime examples of cards that want an all you can eat buffet of food.: Food tokens arent generally where you want to be in lifegain decks, as there are usually faster and more mana-efficient ways to gain life
