The Poke-Body makes it so that you can throw it into any deck and be able to use your Energy attachment per turn to go to your Bench

specifically for creatures with ETB cantrip-like effects: WotC values "when ~ enters the battlefield, draw a card" at about 1.19 mana value

If you have another card that lets you look ahead to see what card you will draw next, you can use Poke Ball to shuffle the deck after getting your Basic Pokemon in hand
