It requires the player to put Jinzo on the board or use a different card effect to take control of an opponent's monster
I've spent a very long time tracking stock and prices for the best card games, so have picked up a trick or two along the way
With perfect hindsight, I think it taps into something much deeper
Card not found, on the other hand, was a stable in some of the most powerful decks of the time in Standard, meaning that it was miserable enough to be banned a year after its initial printing, which isnt even that notable, because there were so many bans around this time, because WotC had completely lost their grasp on Standard, which we are still feeling today
Also, a shout out to Griselbrand that costs eight for a 7/7 flyer with lifelink that can swap 7 life for 7 cards and was so broken in older formats like Legacy that reanimated him, or cast him with no additional costs that he was really a one-dork format for much of its run and answers like Liliana of the Veil rose to the top
If the enchantment was an aura, the game will require you to attach that enchantment to a viable target as soon as it re-enters (if there isnt one, the aura will immediately go to the graveyard)
