Lets be honest while some are going to play this because they have a lot of creatures that care about counters, most are going to be equipping this to silly things like Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner (7/7 for 3 mana) or Teferi, Time Raveler, or Narset, Parter of Veils, or Jace Beleren, or Wrenn and Six
If you manage to really ramp out you can get a lot of value from your excessive mana regardless of whether youre playing some generic big creature strategy or a go-wide tokens deck
That said, flashing in Weeping Angel provides a clean answer to even the largest and most hexproof or indestructible creatures
You could also run Staff of Nin, The Immortal Sun, or Obelisk of Alara
As an aside, my enjoyment of these cards highlights that Im not against the digital-only nature of the cards being introduced in sets like Alchemy
The evasiveness this grants is decent, though there will be plenty of situations where it doesnt do anything
