Milling 13 cards for four mana isn't a horrible rate (in terms of burn being five damage to the face for four mana, which isn't insane but not bad, especially with the weird, fringe upside of coming back form the graveyard)

Milling yourself is not a supported theme in Adventures in the Forgotten Realms , so I would save this for Sealed
