That doesnt describe very many Constructed formats these days, but if you find yourself in such a meta, you should take a second look at your deck and ask yourself: How many ways do I have to use mana beyond just casting my spells? If your deck gets to the late game consistently, and you have plenty of mana sinks to pour mana into, it stands to reason you might want a higher land count
So as long as the card revealed isnt a land (with its subsequent 0-damage trigger), you are likely to draw cards from it, as long as its not too damaging
The first version was just a Rabbit typal card
(2021-06-18) If Out of Time leaves the battlefield before its enter the battlefield trigger resolves, creatures will untap, but they won't phase out
If you control ten permanents but have not yet found The Golden City of Orazca (and you don't control a permanent or resolving spell with ascend), you don't get the city's blessing
A 4 mana/2 mana save your board state card will certainly see play in casual Commander, and may even see play in other aristocrats-themed decks in other colours too
