It pairs extremely well with Threats Around Every Corner to turn manifested creatures into ramp and board presence at the same time, which creates a unique and surprisingly powerful engine that only exists in digital play
Deaths Shadow is currently the only deck playing Dress Down in the starting 60, but with so many beneficial interactions in the format, some other decks have already started playing the card in the sideboard as well, and I expect the card to continue seeing play
After that point, it becomes a card draw engine that also does a great Hydra Omnivore impression in combat
The information gleaned from a peak at your opponents hand can be useful, especially if you happen to see a piece of interaction worth playing around or a spell that demands you hold up a counterspell
