At the time of writing, for example, there seems to be an open issue for each upcoming card that has not been scripted yet (e.g., issue#974 for the card Windshaper Planetar from the Commanders Legends: Battle for Baldurs Gate set) and a successful PR is one that fixes this issue via a commit to the repos master branch that adds the new card script(s) (e.g., PR#994)
