Status Effect: Sanga of the Thunder, Kazejin, and Suijin all have the effect where if they're being attacked on the opponent's turn, they can change the ATK of the enemy to a flat 0 for that damage calculation
The Pokemon depicted in the card art is shiny, which gives it an even more ghostly look than its base colorings
Even though it doesn't spawn Effect Monsters, it's an excellent support for searching and generating tokens, making it a vital part of Phantasm
