I could see this card having potential in an aggressive Modern deck, where fetchlands, and evoke elementals are mainstays, and some of the best archetypes in the meta, like Affinity and Blink, line up badly against Shredder's symmetrical effect
Our main priority is getting The Celestial ToymakerThe Celestial Toymaker onto the battlefield, then accumulating as many pile and guess effects as we can to damage our opponents
If you need a copy you can snag the Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa lead Corrupting Influence precon, although outside of Phyresis Outbreak itself there isn't much value in the deck with the next most expensive cards being Karn's Bastion and Glistening Sphere at around $4
