A 3/4 for five mana, Zirilan totes an activated ability for three mana that allows its controller to tutor for a Dragon, put that card directly into play, and even provide it with haste

It is still the second best removal spell in the game despite this and is probably the second most played white card, although I would argue this is due to a shortfall of similar cards in white and not due to it being more powerful than Balance etc
Triumph trades the size of the buff for lethality with infect instead
Itd be a little hard to keep track of, what with Evolve giving it +1/+1 counters and Prowess giving it a temporary +1/+1, but it would still make for a very interesting and fun to play rare
