I don't recall this card seeing much play last time it was printed, and nothing convinces me otherwise today

Prices are comparable to Blastoise, and owning all three in French PSA 9+ is a classic collection goal

Elvish Visionary I'm guessing there's better versions at higher cmc now, but I may still want this one

I want to emphasize that this was a smaller, 10 person tournament, with no top cut, so I do not think that results or meta of this tournament should make major changes to the current 2010 meta
