This card works very well in Commander decks that dont let the mana empty from the mana pool, like Kruphix, God of Horizons, or cards that let you untap your permanents, like Seedborn Muse or Wilderness Reclamation

Instead of Black, TChallas Black Panther Commander card is a Green and White mana blend

(Look at the top two cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest on top of your library in any order.) Ravnicas safest strongholds are often neither

The only time that I dont love this card is when I want to use Skullclamp to draw cards by killing my 1/1 tokens
