At the very least, players will need to spend resources removing an otherwise unremarkable card from play
It has a Shift cost of three and the ability Sleight of Hand, which states that when you play this character, you may put any number of cards from your hand on the bottom of your deck in any order, and you then draw that many cards plus one
With Ruby/Sapphire decks already having upwards of 12 items as standard, Oswald gives players even more reason to add more trinkets
If you exile a land card, you can play it only during your main phase and only if you have an available land play remaining
For example, if it blocks a 12/12 creature with trample, that creature's controller must assign at least 8 of that creature's combat damage to Diamond Weapon, and the remainder can be assigned to the defending player, planeswalker, or battle
