Then Kotis has a combat damage trigger for his damage to exile that many cards from their library and then cast them for free, just like Narset
And a flexible mana rock is a pretty cool card
Red cards love to make people discard their hands, but in terms of redrawing cards, the sky's the limit here

There is also the possibility of playing this hand slowly, only playing the Bazaar when we have at least two cards we dont mind ditching from the hand (including the Nicol Bolas)
