The card has been out for a while now and TPC has not come forward to "apologize" for any errors or issue an errata on the card, so even though it looks like an error, Fairy is weak to Poison in the VG and Poison is currently Darkness type in the TCG so it might be intentional since this is not a reprint of the Cleffa from OBF, but a totally new card
