The way they're played is to stall with Chansey while attaching a Fire Energy to Moltres every turn and then scooping Chansey up when it gets too much damage, using Wildfire, putting Chansey back down, scooping Moltres up, putting Chansey out, attaching Fire Energy to Moltres, etc
If that wasnt enough, it becomes an even more threatening creature once it's transformed, doubling on its effect whenever it enters or attacks

But the biggest boon seems to be the potential this card holds for the Terapagos ex archetype, which relies on cracking open the bench with Area Zero Underdepths, loading the bench, and then hitting for as much damage as possible with Terapagos ex's Unified Beatdown attack, which multiplies damage times the number of Pokmon on your bench
