Less confidant players rarely take it and sensibly so
You have a shot at ramping any time a creature you control is targeted, by anything, from any player, up to twice per creature per turn
It's not really big enough to be really big and it's still plenty expensive, the ability to dump it out yet again is nice value if you have absolute tons of colorless mana and nothing to do with it
Casting a card by using its retrace ability works just like casting any other spell, with two exceptions: You're casting it from your graveyard rather than your hand, and you must discard a land card in addition to any other costs
This deck looks to quickly ramp out and play lots of big mana spells through your commanders activated ability as well as multiple big spells like Jeska's Will and Mnemonic Deluge
