Each completed quest unlocks a 'reward' pack containing new cards that expand your deck, introducing new rules for your next quest
If the melded permanent goes to your graveyard from the battlefield, both cards are put into your graveyard
One of the key features I find fascinating in the Emerald and Ruby starter deck is the ability to steal Lore away from your Lorcana opponent through cards like Steal From the Rich, Rapunzel, Letting Down Her Hair, and Aladdin, Street Rat
Sapphire and Steel can be a little trickier to manage if youre brand new to TCGs, due to its reliance on building up ink as quickly as possible - using the abilities of cards like Mickey Mouse, Detective, which allows you to add an extra card from your deck to your inkwell when played - to afford more expensive cards
Put that card into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order
Use Sapphire-like smoothing or low-curve cantrips so your deck always does the thing on time
