Shadow Rider Calyrex is a bit of a "midrange" deck in the sense that it can do many different things during the game: it can KO opponents Pokmon with one big attack, it can negate prizes with healing, and it can slow down the game with different locks (Frillish and Wobbuffet) Why it wins Well, to put it simply, Calyrex can do many different things and all of them are very strong
Phyrexian mana is an overpowered mechanic, so I was quite surprised when Wizards gave us a commander that turns every black mana symbol in your deck into Phyrexian mana
Rotation in sight #15 When the game released I had high hopes it would be more like the OG card game up until the B/W era and the influx of EX and "everything is basic" sentiment the game has (would agree that the SP already started it but B/W as the final nail in the coffin)
