I didnt have money to buy real cards at the time, so I used to draw my own Pokmon cards on paper and play with them

This makes the win condition (to my knowledge) impossible to pull off in the Commander format

The good news is that these cards can be of any rarity, so it doesn't matter whether you pull the regular EX card or one of the Full Art/Rainbow variants
