I just dont think that 2 strength is going to be enough to make the otherwise stellar Blades ability overly effective (unless you pair it with some crazy support cards and additional resist)
Not only does it share the Baby Pokmon ability of easily evolving into an Electabuzz, but it also offers an ability where when the player's Active Pokmon is a Baby Pokmon then when the opponent announces an attack they must flip a coin and their turn immediately ends if the coin lands on tails
