The Amber and Amethyst deck is for players who like having a lot of characters out at one time, while the Ruby and Emerald deck comes with a dash of control and counter abilities, meant to frustrate opponents as much as possible

Either A) The decks today run too much draw power for this to be effective OR B) You wont see it enough to warrant running 1 copy, and running more than 1 copy makes it useless

I would want to buff it
