I think there will be cool builds with them, given they are a precon commander
Wizards clearly stated back in 2016 that it has no desire to police proxies, even for in-store play, as long as the events aren't sanctioned and the events are using traditional proxies and not counterfeit cards
As long as Wizards keeps pushing the power envelope in a Standard thats getting six or more sets a year, this will likely be a recurring issue
