While I dont think this will be good most places, therefor breaking my list rules a bit, I do think it will work well in an energy build to super charge it a bit

Some very strong cards, including Thassa's Oracle (one of cEDH's staple wincons), are impulse effects

There are a ton of great decks out there that this Servant can aid
