We have better card draw with Enchantress's Presence, better tutors with Idyllic Tutor, better recursion with Open the Vaults, better removal with Grasp of Fate, and splurged on premium ramp options like Smothering Tithe
I dont see that being worth a card, as there are no payoffs for rolling multiple dice
