The remaining cards in the deck are to support these Pokemon, with Giovanni, Sabrina, Poke Ball, and Professor's Research being staples in most strong decks
Its ability Azure Pulse allows for a fresh draw of cards, and Rayquazas Max Burst is a move that can do serious damage if one plans correctly
Unlimited cards are very affordable (Unlimited is 10x or more cheaper than 1st Edition) relative to 1st Edition but collectors are afraid of buying into a reprint
