My vote goes No. We all knew how much of a hassle this card was when it was in Gust of Wind form, so much that over the years it decreased in effectiveness to Doublegust, then Pokmon Reversal, then Pokmon Catcher

Their presence both during the Ice Age block and Kaldheim are a great design choice and wonderful worldbuilding that plays with card types

It's also an amazing target for Tooth and Nail in Cubes, which used to be my primary use for it
