This archetype attempts to get around that by having most of your equipment cards enter play already attached to a 1/1 token, meaning you can play many more of them without losing your aggressive curve, and you dont need to worry about paying to equip them until after that first bearer dies and you need to stick them on something else
Sacrifice decks typically focus on quantity, but Rakdos encourages you to sacrifice large creatures to draw tons of cards
Prey Upon doesn't immediately do anything, since there's nothing to fight
Its primarily in the list as a mana dork, but it works as an effective hate piece to stop your opponents graveyard shenanigans
Having access to exiled counterspells and removal can also be handy in a pinch
In particular, the deck played Preacher of the Schism for card draw and tokens, and Vein Ripper itself: a hard to remove beater that's also a Blood Artist on steroids
