In this case, you do not have to wait for a specific Energy to appear in the Energy Zone, it is automatically produced by the cards effect
If they lose the Duel, they lose the card that they wagered
When used in combination with her old deckbuilding rules for access to Mystic cards (rules allows to mix front and back sides as the player sees fit), this may greatly increase her effectiveness as a team's sorceress
Something I suggest making it more OP is to make is to add an effect on at least Mastered UI Goku that says, "If a card is unaffected by card effects, cannot be targeted by card effects, cannot be destroyed by battle, or cannot be destroyed by card effects, it can be." or something along those lines as it completely negates card protection.
