I heard different WOTC employees imply that this is actually a Green effect all along and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth was a color break which I strongly disagree with (tainting land is Black / Blue thing), and another WOTC employee say that yeah, it's originally Black's thing but we want to complete the cycle and we're just starting with Green is all
I specify at the time of writing because the market is incredibly volatile and subject to change on a whim
It is a bit expensive though, which is why you dont see a ton of people playing it
