Unfortunately there are no colourless Instants and Sorceries, so you could play coloured ones or totally omit them from your deck

Again, this is partly evened out by the higher box cost, but even with this in mind, the value of the rares in the set is solid

However, not tapping for mana on turn 1 is a hefty downside and one that holds them back from being played outside of Commander

While you can't pay alternative costs, you can pay additional costs when casting a spell with Cascade

I woudnt be worried about the prices of any of those changing much (although foils might get a little cheaper with more copies)
