You're relying on cards you've only got one copy of, like Mirabel and Isabela, to win you the game, while it's also full of stuff you don't need like Rolly, The Queen, and Tick-Tock
If you have an Ice Block in play, thats even more valuable
Another problematic issue with Lorcana is that one Ink type has a manopoly on adding cards to your Inkwell outside of the standard once per turn stipulation
With it being a new mechanic, you won't see dozens of dual-ink cards, but there are five of them you have access to in the Amethyst and Steel starter deck

Whether Ursula is challenging, singing, or questing for three, she offers a tremendous amount of late-game value to this deck, and given that there are eight other Ursula cards, it's likely you'll always be able to shift her in when you want to
