It is comprised of 2 31 hose straps with female seatbelt buckles sewn onto them. The sling has male seatbelt buckles on both ends that clip into the hose straps for ease of carrying. The sling is adjustable on both ends with large D rings that are easily grasped with a gloved hand. While this strap kit was designed for the NY high rise pack, it can be
