Steiff Herby Gardener, from the Steiff Archives, made in 1978 British Artist Bears Limited edition of 1000 piecesWe cannot find Herby in the Steiff Sortiment Book and, unusually, there is no serial number on the cloth tag. Was he put into production? We dont know. Non jointed, this cheerful looking gardener is made of velveteen with a PVC head. He wears a felt hat and apron and comes with a plastic dual fork and spade.
